S-Lab Factory Tour

In this experience, you will get a first-hand view of how surfboards are made, the time, materials & processes that go into building the craft. We will guide you through our factory exploring the various faculties that make it what it is today. 

What you will Experience :

• View of surfboard factory
• View a board being cut into shape. An experienced CNC operator will explain the process.
• View a board being shaped.
• See a surfboard shaping machine
• Be explained the finishing process of how a board is glassed and sanded
• View some finished boards & shown some history
